I built Trovera because I wanted to journal without the friction of sitting down and staring at a blank page. Voice felt natural — you just talk, and the thinking happens on its own.

I spend a lot of time writing: about journaling, self-reflection, habit formation, and the science behind why putting thoughts into words actually changes how you feel. Writing is how I make sense of what I read, what I build, and what I'm still figuring out.

When I'm not writing or building, I'm probably exploring something new — a different tool, a new idea, or just trying to understand how things work.
