1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Trovera ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Trovera is a personal journaling tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in ways that violate applicable laws.
3. Your Data
Your journal entries are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your personal entries on any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available via in-app purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store and are subject to their billing terms. Cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
The Trovera name, logo, and all app content are owned by Trovera. You retain full ownership of any journal entries you create.
6. Disclaimer
Trovera is not a medical or mental health service. The app is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
