What we collect
Your journal entries are stored only on your device and never uploaded to our servers. If you subscribe to Premium, we collect your email address solely to manage your subscription and provide customer support.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect your journal content, voice recordings, moods, or any personal thoughts. We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use analytics SDKs or advertising trackers inside the app.
AI features
When you use AI features (AI Improve, Discover Perspectives, Ask Your Journal), the text you choose to process is sent to our secure server, which calls Anthropic's Claude API on your behalf. This text is not stored on our servers after the response is returned. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to their processing.
Notifications
We use local notifications for your morning and evening reminders. These are scheduled on your device and do not involve any external server.
Data deletion
You can delete any or all journal entries from within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data permanently. To delete your Premium account email from our servers, contact us at the address below.
